Ingredients (per serving):
30 ml – 1 oz. pomegranate juice
45 ml – 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
10 ml – 4 oz. fresh orange juice
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Tequila and the orange juice and stir. Slowly pour in the pomegranate juice and let it settle. Before serving gently stir it once to create the sundown effect. Decorate with orange peel and some pomegranate seeds.
